In the footsteps of extinct villages in the frontier region

Do you want to go back in time when borderlands were populated? We will visit with you defunct villages that following the redeployment in 1945, based on the issue of the decrees have not been resettled for security reasons. There are only remains of the buildings, cemeteries and trails. In the frontier region, the number of these villages, farms or hunting castles can be counted in the hundreds. Some villages have interesting stories that took place at the end of the Second World War. Some of them have been shrouded in secrets until now. We will take the route from the foot of Šumava, the whole Bohemian forest and you will also have a look from the other side of the border to the Czech Republic side. You will learn a lot of interesting information from the guide in the role of the driver of the off-road car and you and you will see authentic photographs of the places that you visit. You will also visit the village of Pleš, which had up to 600 people. If interested, there is a plan available for the next day, where the journey continues to Rozvadov with the Museum of the Iron Curtain. During the two-day experience is prepared accommodation or overnight sleeps in tents or in heated cottages.
